- Return Eligibility: Items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if they are received in a damaged or defective state. Products must be in their original, unused, and pristine condition, including all original packaging and tags.
- Reporting Issues: Please inspect your instruments and accessories upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours with photographic or video evidence.
- Process: Contact our support team with your order number. Once our team verifies the condition of the returned item, we will guide you through the replacement or exchange process.
- Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 working days via your original payment method (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or Store Credit).
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, items such as used guitar strings, picks, or instruments showing signs of wear and tear cannot be returned.
